We were in a good location at a short distance from a public gallery. The area was very comfortable really close to the tram stop, Southern Cross train station and the Yarra River.

The breakfast definitely should of been was included in our fare.

The breakfasts with food cooked to order. Excellant location close to city centre, plentiful breakfast.

The unit we got was fairly quiet with fabulous patio, an internal balcony plus huge bedroom.

Unique venue, executive bar area, amazing location to a good cafe. Location near the Italian Restaurant onsite and Melbourne and shopping centres.

The breakfast was solid with poached eggs and hot options, for instance, nothing too much trouble. The service offered was fantastic, the room was neat with the comfiest bed and the bed linen or ventilation, for instance.

Hotel's breakfast is exceptional with fresh omelettes and adequate western hot, for instance.

Truly enjoyed how beautiful old the property was and its well-trained staff from the doorman to Owen at Reception- everyone. The room met requirements, extremely pleasant and a nice size with a bath. The location in a relaxing area was peaceful. You could walk to shopping malls and an open market.

The hotel met the purpose, it was a really nice stay on a business trip. We got a good-sized room with a pleasant view over the street. The bed was comfy, plus the bathroom was large.

I liked the facilities of the hotel the excellent service the friendliness of the staff. We were made to feel welcome it was a great experience for us.

Professional and cheerful staff, always willing and eager to help out in any way possible. Proximity to great shopping and restaurants. Access to trendy cafes and laneway boutiques. Beautiful and relaxing city scenery .

This place comes highly recommended and we would definitely return; the rooms are spacious and the breakfast options are excellent.

The hotel is gorgeous, located in an absolutely beautiful heritage building. Very comfy and stylish rooms. Everything is sparkling and new, very nice. The concierge and doormen were great too, nothing is a problem for them, very polite and helpful. Pool, sauna etc were all fantastic.

The only tiny negative I can think of was that we found the room temperature a bit too warm.
